We just rented a cargo van from Carl's.
The reservation process and the pick up and delivery was efficient.
However, the mechanical condition of the van left a lot to be desired.
The inflate tire alarm remained lit the entire time the van was running. When I called about this concern I was told that was not a problem.
On the dash the message that the right rear tire was low on air never went away. Even after air pressure was checked and 10# of air added per the recommended pressure on the van.
There was an awful lot of vibration and rattling coming from the right rear.
Had it not been for the nuisance that the noise and vibrations caused the experience was good.
