Do not rent from them! Money hungry! Don’t follow through with what they say! Gonna charge you for things after final contract and you won’t know why your being charged until you call. Save yourself the headache.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry you did not have a good rental experience. Here at Carl's, we alway's strive for 5 star products and service. When we find new damage on vehicles, we do charge for it. If you ever find yourself in Florida again, and need a van, I am happy to offer you a 15% discount.
