We were very happy to find a 15 passenger Van we could rent . Filledout paperwork and paid deposit for it on December 28th. On February 18th a few hours before leaving I was called and told they could not find our paperwork so we resent them the email. I was called again while at the airport and ask to regive information because the computer ate it. We were told we would have a code to get in the gate..... no code sent. So had to call customer service to get help. so we sat at the airport for over a hour trying to get a code. Upon retrieving the Van it was not clean it was full of dog hair and the last renters personal belongings . We did not have a chance to meet or interact with anybody in person because we picked up the Van after midnight on Friday and we returned it after hours on Monday
