Great customer service.

Very clean, new Sprinter van.
After hours pick-up/drop-off helpful (but plan for an extra 30 minutes for it).
Rented a Sprinter van to transport a youth sports team in town for a tournament. Heather answered our questions, procured a Sprinter van from another Carls' location, and proactively reached out to let me know they had deposit billing snafu and that it was being remedied. Post-rental billing issue arose that was promptly corrected.
