Carl's Van Rentals

I had to cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond my control. I called Cameron and told him and I was prepared to lose my deposit. I was ok with that because it was not his fault. He said if someone had requested the vehicle on the days I had it reserved he would refund my deposit . Low and behold he called me about 4 hours later with a refund . That says a lot about Carl’s rentals but more importantly about the character of Cameron .
