I was desperate as almost every car in Tampa was rented. I did not need a 12 passenger van but Carl's rate was one-fourth of the cost of the last car rental in the entire area. Much to my surprise the rental was easy and hassle free, even though I landed after hours around 9pm. The return was flawless using the A-1 parking people who zipped me to the terminal in about 5 minutes. Somewhere in these rental agreements I got the impression that the maximum miles per rental was 200. The maximum is 200 miles per DAY, so my five day rental had a thousand free miles. I would definitely rent from Carl's again and again, the Ford 12 passenger drove like a car and had all needed options like a backup camera, AC and cruise.
