From the very beginning it was just a bad experience with the guys over at Mr. Transmission of Clarksville. The first time that I got there they were closed and so I had to come back another day which was just inconvenient. The guy that took my truck in to get it fixed was who I dealt with throughout this whole ordeal and he really had a minus personality. He eventually got my truck fixed and I paid something like $2,400 in cash and instead of an itemized receipt telling me what they did exactly it was just a sheet of paper that did not really tell me anything. When I went back a couple minutes later I asked him for a more detailed receipt to tell me what they did and he just looked like he did not want to do it. He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by asking for a detailed list of what he did! After printing out the list he told me to bring my truck back in two weeks for a check up but I did not. I came back after 3 weeks for the follow up and they were very busy. When I pulled in the exact same guy was the one who asked me what I wanted done and I told him about the follow up. He told me that they would not be able to get it done that day and told me the inspection would take at least 3 hours. I was just annoyed that he encouraged me to come back but said nothing about making an appointment so that I could make sure my truck got looked at. This guy was just so bad that if he worked for me I would have him working exclusively in the stock room or he would be gone completely.
