They give you the run around. They say they will get back to you and they don't. The job was done very poorly. I'm still waiting on them to get things fixed...

I wanted to comment here since you have not returned my emails. Our average turnaround time from the initial roof inspection to completing a roof installation is about 30 days whereas yours was complete within about 15 days. Most customers would think that this is exceptional work. Our notes indicate that we updated your file every couple of days and have completed all paperwork in a timely manner. The only issue that I see is the damage to your fascia board, which can be an inconvenience and we do apologize as well as replace at no cost to you.
