I HATE this company. I never want to hear from them again. So first of all there was a person who came around to solicit the business, we didn't even really need a roof on our house, but we got it because we were in the process of selling it and we knew that would probably help, but there was nothing wrong with ours. So we went ahead and signed up to get a new roof. I picked out a sample but when the workers came out, they said they no longer had that one, and that they didn't even get that one anymore. So why wouldn't they tell me that beforehand? I basically just paid more for a cheaper roof. And when they were working on my house they made a mess, I took pictures on my cell phone. My neighbor got a new roof and used a different contractor, and they didn't leave a mess like that. So once they finished it looked ok, I was not that happy with it; when I looked across at my neighbor's house, hers looked 100x better. I don't blame the workers, I blame the company for their standards, because they do not meet mine. Also, there was a deductible on my behalf, which they got paid, BUT then they sent me to a collections agency. I proved that I had paid what I owed. Then one person came to my home and she was totally nasty and disrespectful, and I had to call the office to explain what had happened initially regarding the payment. After that another guy came to pick up the last of the money that was owed. I gave it to him in a check, and even then he was really nasty, pushy and arrogant, and I had to shut the door in his face because he wouldn't get off my property. Maybe Jasper has been in business so long that they don't think they owe anyone respect, or maybe they're judging me by my appearance because they think I live in a neighborhood I shouldn't be living in, and they think they can just talk to me any way they want. I'm going to have a contractor come out and look at my roof and look at my neighbor's to compare. I can't believe how awful our experience with Jasper was, I am so angry about it. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone.
