They did exactly as stated. They arrived on time, removed my old equipment, and installed my new system in about three and a half hours. Afterward, they cleaned up their work area and explained to me the new thermostat, warranty, maintenance, and more. This is my second air conditioning purchase with them in fifteen years, in two different houses. I will use them again and recommend to others.
