I had mixed experience with Keep it Cool AC & Heating. My old air conditioner would come on for a while and go off for a while, which was good. This new one stays on for all 3 hours, which gets cold, and when I tried to adjust the settings or the temperature, it doesn't work. When it stops running after 3 hours, it gets very hot, so I would prefer it to be adjustable. Also, the owner was supposed to have mailed me an invoice, which I have still yet to receive.

In terms of the actually installation and the work, they were very thorough. It took a long time, but that's because it was a big job that required a lot of work. The workers were very pleasant and they seemed very professional.
