I just finished my 6 lessons. I am a 35 year old marathon runner that is moving on to the triathlon world. I wanted to learn how to swim properly before developing any bad habits on my own. My instructor Hannah Gardner taught me more than I could imagine in just 6 short hours of instruction. I know I would have benefited more had I opted for the 12 lessons, which in hindsight I wish I had. My instructor was very knowledgeable and professional. I have four young boys that I will definitely be looking to get them lessons in the future through Sunsational.
