My experience was amazing. When my first instructor was assigned I wasn’t sure it would be the right fit based on the limited profile details when I called the company the person I spoke to was super understanding and said if things didn’t work out they would credit my session and reassign me. The first instructor was sweet but not the right fit. Our 3rd session we had Akira and I knew he would be great after our initial intro call. He’s awesome with kids, uses child appropriate language to engage them and explain proper techniques. This was crucial for us since our son is 3. His patience was amazing and professionalism was so appreciated. We hope to have him teach our next child when she’s old enough. I highly recommend Akira for teaching young children. Our son actually knows what to do and how to stay above water. I know he will only get sharper from here.
