We have been having a great experience with Sunsational. First they worked hard to get us matched. Then out first instructor was not working out and the customer service was excellent when I expressed that we were unhappy. They matched us with a new instructor and we love her. Melinda has been so wonderful! Our son was comfortable in the water but wasn’t really swimming. After only a few lessons he is actually swimming and building skills. Our daughter, who is 2.5, is usually nervous around new people but she went right to Ms. Melinda and is so excited to swim with her every week. She is kind, patient and such a talented instructor. She is great!!
