It was important to us that our almost three year old start swim lessons this summer and we started with one instructor that did not connect with our daughter. Sunsational Swim's customer service was exceptional and they immediately matched us with a new instructor and started our package over. The second instructor we were matched with, Josiah, was fantastic! He took the time to connect with our daughter and earn her trust first and foremost. It took a single lesson with Josiah for our daughter to overcome her fear of the water and start jumping right in! With each lesson, she has continued to build confidence, basic skills, and most important, some safety skills like scaling the wall to the stairs. We have been very impressed with what Josiah has helped our daughter accomplish in just 6 lessons and highly recommend!
