I had a perfectly smooth start up from online application to getting hooked up with our instructor. We just finished our 12-lesson package and Caryn was great. She gently pushed my anxious kids (5 and 2yo) out of their comfort zones in the water. She's super flexible and did exactly what my kids needed, and I saw very good progress in a relatively short time. For us, it was WELL worth the money to have her be the "bad guy" getting their faces wet, etc. She's also very responsive to my texts/emails. I have absolutely no problem with the cost for the convenience and one on one lessons with a solid instructor. If you're in Seminole county, FL, I can highly recommend Sunsational and Caryn.
