I got the 12 classe package, the instructors was really nice but 12 classes later and my daughter can't even get out of the pool on her own, when I brought up the issue with Sensational Swim School they sent me a page long full of excuses why it's not their fault, a real successful company should own up to their mistakes and take responsibility if something went wrong.
Looks like most of this 5star reviews are fake!
