BUYER BEWARE. This company is not honest and forth coming when booking lessons if you don't feel satisfied with the results the founder Sarah Sebe/Christenson will respond to your emails in an insulting patronizing manor. There is 100% guarantee ONLY after first lesson which it is impossible to tell the progress after that amount of time. After that you will never get your money back. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They took my 3 1/2 year olds skills away and did nothing with my 17 month old. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they had excuse after excuse. All the founder Sarah wants to do is speak about their method over and over and then eventually gives the silent treatment. Do not give these people your money.

We're sincerely sorry you feel this way and very surprised since we were never made aware of any issues, and we never received a response to our follow ups.

We have been in constant contact with your swim instructor on your toddlers progress and it seems that they made substantial progress during the 8 lessons for their age and ability level. Your 17 month old learned how to to kick while sitting on the wall, and do an assisted jump into the pool being fully underwater, worked on blowing bubbles, picking up rings, and grabbing the wall.

Your 3 year old learned how to jump in and swim back to the wall with no assistance, back float, do backstroke kicks with a kickboard, progressive swims back to the wall, and pick up the rings from the bottom of the pool.

All of these skills learned are completely on target for children their age after only 8 lessons.

I completely understand that it is impossible to tell how a child will progress after the 1st lesson and every child progresses at their own pace so one child's progression after 8 lessons cannot be compared to another child progression within the same time frame. However, it is possible to tell if your children like their instructor after the 1st lesson and if you as a parent like their teaching style/method. To ensure customer satisfaction we offer a 100 money back guarantee if a client would like to either restart their lessons with a different instructor after the 1st lesson or receive a FULL refund and try a different school. Or, if you decide to cancel at any point further into your lesson package we are able to refund any unused lesson time minus a $50 cancellation fee.

We only wish we would have been given opportunity to resolve this matter as customer service is our #1 priority and we continually send follow up emails to our customers to ensure they're satisfied. We would have gladly provided you with a refund of any unused lesson time (and waive the cancellation fee) if you would have contacted us at any point before the entire package of 8 lessons had completed.
