When I called Xpert Flood Control and Seepage we were having some very heavy rain and they were able to set up an appointment to come out immediately. Angelica came out and she was fantastic! She provided us with all of our options and helped us select the best one for us and we set up an appointment for installation.

They installed a system in the front yard with a double check valve that prevents sewage from the city from backing up into the house. They also installed pumps that force water from storms out. So far there hasn't been any issues with the system. There's been some heavy rains and I've been high and dry. They're actually coming out tomorrow for an annual check up just to make sure everything is working properly.

Xpert Flood Control and Seepage is an excellent company with fantastic employees that takes the time and effort to listen to your concerns and your budget to help you select the best plan. They even came back to re-sod the parts of the lawn that got worn out when they were installing the system. I will continue to use their services and absolutely recommend them.
