Prior to the Xpert Fllod Control system, my basement had taken back up rain water on multiple ocasions. Once the system was installed, I have not received any back up sewage from the basement floor drain, I have recomended to my neighbors the same Xpert system, and they to have also maintained a dry basement since their instalment of the system.
