In Sep 2016, we contacted Luminous Water for a water evaluation and to purchase an all house and drinking water filtration system. The Water Specialist, Keegan Nick, was extremely professional, customer focused and knowledgeable. He sold us on the Kinetico whole house filter system, the UV bacteria light, and the 5k reverse osmosis drinking water system. Dave, the installer was friendly, and professional, he wasted no time installing the system, provided some basic facts and training, and had the house filter, ice maker, and drinking water systems operational. We received outstanding service from both the Luminous representatives! It's been 8 months and we love our water treatment system. Our well water is awesome, it's crystal clear, fresh, odorless and delicious. We are loving this system and it's well worth it.
