they installed the system wrong
they placed the outlet of the softener
on a outlet trunk from my water manifold
so raw water could bypass the system
i asked the installer if that was correct and he said yes
two moths i called and told them the system was not using salt they said that it don't use much salt
called them back 4 months later after my
brand new Maytag got a clogged inlet from rust .
due to running untreated well water.
they came out and said everything looks good.
now a year later they come back again due to the brine tank flooding half my basement again
and the installer goes not using much salt huh
that's because it's hooked up wrong huh .
they fixed it free of charge how nice of them
now the k5 system stopped working
I'm done with these guy's trust me don't waist your time .
