I'm happy with my filter that I've had for quite a few months, However, the salesman had promised to deliver a set of replacement filter cartridges to us as a bonus for buying the product when he was to do a follow-up. That never happened so now I'm faced with buying a set of filters as the water has begun to have a bad taste.
