Four and a half stars for Clearwater Systems Meadville, PA. They were outstanding. They were neat and orderly. They showed obvious talent in what they do because they came in and looked at the area in advance to make it minimally invasive inside the house. I would have liked more explanation at the time of installation about the customer operation of the unit. Things like replacing hoses in the unit and other expected customer operations could have used more explanation or demonstration.
