I used Clearwater Systems Meadville, PA not too long ago to have a Kinetico water softener installed in my home. I had called the company who I had dealt with in the past, and they had been purchased by Clearwater. The installation went well, as the worker was a nice guy and very professional. The salesman who I spoke with in the beginning said he was going to come back and test my system after the installation was complete, to make sure everything was working fine. I am disappointed that I have yet to hear anything from him. Other than that it was a good experience, and I would use them again.
