I had a water purification system and a new faucet with a filter installed several weeks ago. I've been trying to get in touch with the sales guy because of a leak in the faucet. His voicemail box is full and he's not responding to emails. I was happy with the guys who installed the system. They were great. They showed up early and did a good job. But I'm having a hard time reaching anyone who can fix or replace the leaky faucet. Fortunately, it only leaks when I turn it on. I'd recommend Clearwater Systems Meadville, PA but right now, I'm a little unhappy with the lack of response to my needs. Some follow-up would be good.
