The entire process from start to finish was very pleasant. Donnie is great at explaining all about the chemistry of water, and the gentleman who did the install (sorry don’t remember his name) was super to deal with as well. I am very satisfied overall and have been telling people about the entire experience. For the first time in over 30 years I can finally drink my water, thanks to Luminous Water Solutions (or whatever they are now).
