Lied to and scammed
I was told over the phone that the price for a quick check of my - working - furnace would be $125. Was then billed $300. When I called and spoke with the manager, I was assured I would not have to pay anything. FOUR MONTHS LATER - received a threatening letter from their attorney for $300. I can understand 1 miscommunication but two?? C'mon...not an ethical company avoid like the plague.
