I will never do business with Addarios nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I had an appointment today and when I called this morning to see what time they'd be coming out I was switched over to dispatching where I was told : we're not going to be able to come out today.
No explanation, no apology. Just says I'll look for something next week. So after putting me on hold twice he comes back to say that he could come out MAYBE the middle of the next week. He was extremely unprofessional and sounded irritated like I was bothering him!

Needless to say I had taken the day off for this service call so not only did I lose a day's income, I'm now facing a heat wave for the next nine days without air conditioning!

Don't be taken in by their website that touts their professionalism and customer service. It's a slap in the face!
