The company does not care about their customers. They installed a gas heater for us, so we called them to service it. They missed both of the appointments, so we called someone else for service. The service company found that some valve was non-compliant.
Yesterday the boiler stopped working in the middle of snowstorm, the house was quickly cooling down. We called Addario's. They said they'd send a truck when available. When we called the second time they said nobody will come because of the state of emergency. We said we did have an emergency, but the company did not care. We called a service company that tried to instruct us over the phone. Then they called police to get permission to drive to our house due to the emergency situation. Not sure why Addario's could not do the same. Suspect they don'r care about customers - just want to do an expensive overpriced installation work.
