I called to ask about billing

I called to ask about billing while on my trial period as I exceeded the monthly amount. I had a two month trail and thing s did fall off in second month as I had a backlog to when I first started using your service. I was not happy to get a statement saying I had been billed $66.00 when I was expecting a 10.00 bill.
If I get the same issue this month we are finished.

You had selected an annual plan which is $66.00 per year (equivalent to $5.50 per month). If this is not what you had expected, customer support would be happy to change your account to a monthly billing cycle.
