SRFax wins in pricing. I wasn't able to find a clear competitor of SRFax on pricing. Almost all web-based FAX services with a dedicated phone number are in the $9-$14 per month range.

SRFax wins on ease of use and features. Easily two the most brilliant features you will find in this market space are SRFax's ability to send FAXes by simply sending an email to your FAX account, and also SRFax's bi-directional document conversion process.

It has many other great features, email notification (with attached FAX) of FAXes received, etc. There is no feature that I wanted that SRFax didn't have.

TBH, I don't know how good their customer support really is. I have never had to call. Really.

SRFax is a dead-simple, straightforward service, the pricing is better than competitive, it's a clear winner.
