I had to port my phone an vs was having great difficulty. The SRFax customer service staff was very helpful and patient. They walked me through the process and filled up until it was completed. I am a very minimal customer ($3.29/month) but it didn't seem to matter. I had better service from them than for a service for which I paid 3 times the price.
