too short a free trial period

need more time to use services on free trial. Atleast 1 year as i am new to family practice and do not get many faxes initially so cannot comment well if i havent used it for free for at least a year

Lalji, we wish we could offer a 1 year free trial but unfortunately we would no longer be in business, and that would clearly impact our excellent service record.
