I had two broken shut-off valves: one on the cold water intake of the hot water heater and one on the master shut-off. I thought I was going to have a water problem so I called the other guys first. They said they couldn't come out until the morning, so I called Mr. Rooter and they said they could have someone out that night (this was around midnight). I got the water stopped so I had them come out in the morning instead. They other guys were scheduled to come too. Mr. Rooter got there first, gave me a great price, and almost had the work done before the other guys even decided to show. My technician was Colin, and he was very professional and polite. Couldn't have asked for better service.
