I don't even know where to begin! I would like to start by saying I have never been so happy to having found a business online! Last night at around 9:30 pm we discovered that someone had damaged the water pipe going into our unit. The county came and turned the water off at the meter, leaving a house with six people (two of which are under 6 years of age and two of which are over 50) without water to bathe, flush, or drink. We were frantic and found your business online and called at around 12 in the morning. I was very surprised to have been greeted by such friendly personnel over the phone at that time of night and even more surprised when that friendliness was found in the technician sent out (Clinton Morton). Unfortunately for us, Clinton could not work on our pipe at 1 am because whomever damaged our pipe also damaged the community sprinkler pipes and it was causing water to flood the working area. (more pictures in comment section) Clint assured us that once we are able to rectify the sprinkler system timing he would come back and work with us. Sure enough we called at 8 o'clock this morning and Clint returned to service the leak. We were up and running before lunch! I am very pleasantly surprised to have had such great service from the local dispatcher staff to our tech, Clint. I have now put you on my mother's speed dial for trustworthy companies to use for all of her plumbing needs. I'm so very grateful to your company and it's staff. Thank you for your work! Great Job!
