Andrew was great and very professional! I had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night and he came out as promptly as he could, even after I told him I wanted to cancel bc I called the city instead. Turns out the city never came and Andrew from Mr Rooter had a feeling they wouldn't which is why he came out anyways. He was VERY VERY helpful and professional especially at an hour like that. My banging pipes were fixed and the visit was a reasonably priced emergency fee.
