Service was excellent. They were there within two hours of my call. Brian was the technician and he was very professional and did excellent work. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed replacement. Brian was very courteous and worked quickly to complete the job. This was my first time using Mr. Rooter and I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend the company to my friends.
