I called Sunday to have a kitchen sink replaced and installed. They returned my call within fifteen minutes and offered to have someone out on a Sunday. I chose to have them come out Monday morning instead. Keep in mind that this is not a priority or high value job to a plumber. Surprisingly, the owner Andrew made himself available and personally came over to install the sink (because all his other staff were booked). He was so honest and told me that the sink I had for replacement was not good and suggested I go back to the store and find a better fitting sink. He gave me a price for the job and said he would be back later once I bought the correct sink (yeah right, I thought). Well, I ended up buying a cast iron sink and letting him know I was ready for him to return. This new sink was so heavy that he brought another guy back with him to finish the job! As with any job, they were further unforeseen problems; he went ahead and fixed the other issue to make sure all was in working order. He made it seem like installing my sink was the one and only thing in the world he had to do that day! Even with all the extra time/hours of effort he and the tech put in, he still charged me the original agreed quoted price for the job, and not one penny more! I have never ever had such an attentive, honest, patient and well priced company or (owner) take such good care of a job. He went above and beyond, and back again to get this done. Remember this wasn't even an emergency, just a kitchen sink install. Andrew August owner of Mr. Rooter, has proved to me that there are still good honest service companies alive in South Florida. I highly recommend these guys; they are reliable and get the job done on time (with no extra costs)!
