The plumber Brian showed up on time and was very polite. I did not really know where my leak was coming from but he found it pretty quickly and resolved it within his first visit and cleaned up after himself. I called another plumber before calling Mr. Rooter and he wanted to charge just for coming to my house giving no indication that he thought he could resolve the issue in one visit. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter
