I called on Sunday at 3:00 PM, Brian arrived at 4:00 PM as promised. After analys the problem he said he would return in the morning at between 8-10 AM. He arrived at 9:00 and quickly found the problem. A cracked PVC elbow about 18" below ground. Repairs were completed and the cost was very reasonable.
