Customer Service was wonderful informing me of the tech's delayed schedule. The tech, Chris Passarella, was professional, patient, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Love that someone answered the phone after 9pm and was able to make an appointment for the following day! We were leaving out of state the day after the appointment. All is well with our stubborn kitchen sink draining issue.
