We had a hot water heater replaced by this company, and technician Passarelli was the representative who arrived and preformed the service. He did a good job on the installation, aside from being a bit tousled. There were some happenings that transpired that need not be mentioned in this forum. However, all in all, the installation was successful and I would recommend this company to others, if the price was right.
