Werner was very thorough and helpful when a cheap fitting installed by builder blew on our toilet and flooded the bathroom. At my request he replaced the fitting on all toilets in the house, checked all other plumbing fixtures for potential problems and left me feeling much more confident about the possibility of future problems. I used Mr. Rooter a couple of years ago and will continue to call on them and will recommend my neighbors replace their fittings with them before they have the same problem.
