After discovering a leak in the kitchen cabinet underneath the sink at 8pm tonight, I called Mr. Rooter for emergency service. The technician, John Torres in truck #26, was in my house within an hour and had the problem fixed in under 60-minutes. John was extremely courteous and was kind enough to call my attention to a potential issue with my water purification connections. The President of my Board of Directors was in my unit during the entire repair & was so impressed with John that she requested his specific business contact information at Mr. Rooter for future service calls for our building.
