Great customer service rep in Donna, who exhibits caring and concern, and John Torres, the plumber who was dispatched to my home, was everything a customer could hope for - on time, friendly, professional and an excellent plumber. Both John and Donna showed grace under fire and total professionalism when a condo commando in my building complained by calling the Mr. Rooter office because the water had been turned off for 2 mninutes!
