This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter and I was very impressed. John T (the plumber) arrived promptly, was pleasant and got straight to work. He diagnosed the problem in a flash and showed me the page of his pricing book, so I knew he wasn't playing any games. He solved my problem quickly, and also gave me some tips on other issues that I should fix. He didn't pressure me to necessarily use him in the future, but I'm sure I will. By the end of the visit, I felt that John T is a straight-shooting professional who cares about his customers.
