While installing a water filtration system to our refrigerator I determined that the shut-off valve for the house was faulty and after turning the water off (with a trickle) the gate in the valve broke. No water to the house and Saturday afternoon. I called Mr. Rooter and within 1 hour, Brian showedd up and went to work. I about an hour, Brian had completely changed the shut-off valve replaceing it with a valve that should have been installed when the house was built. Brian was not only efficient, but courtious and professional, which is extremely refreshing for South Florida service providers.
