I've been taking my car to Waterloo Motors going on 3 years now. They are a great company, and here's why I keep going back to them: 1. They focus their attention on what I ask them to look at. 2. Their pricing is very reasonable. 3. They loan me a car when I bring mine in for service so I can get around. It's clean, it's got 350k miles on it so it's a little worn around the edges, but it's a good working car. Occasionally if I go for more than a couple of miles, I'll stop and put some gas in it. And finally, if they see something that's not bad now but that will become an issue, they'll tell me, and give me a plausible estimate for when I should expect it to come up as a problem and also how much it would cost to fix. I just love the place, it's friendly, they're good at what they do, and they take all the time that's necessary for me to understand what they did and what they advise. I trust these guys with my dollar. They're excellent.
