Waterloo Motors provided excellent diagnosis of my car's problem and advised me of some work that could be done to address it. After that, they took the extra step to confer with some transmission specialists to confirm that no additional actions can be taken to heal its ailing transmission. Waterloo gave me the best possible care and did it in a timely manner. They even provided me with a loaner car while the had my car. Waterloo is simply the best repair shop in the area.
